Is there a free plan?+
Yes — Free is $0 and never requires a card. It covers up to 30 guests, one invitation design, basic RSVP collection, one menu, one registry link, and limited photo/video uploads.
Do my guests need to create an account?+
No. Each guest gets a personal link to RSVP, select their meal, share photos and messages, and more — no signup or password required on their end.
Can I get a refund?+
One-time plans (Free, Signature, Celebration) are non-refundable, except if you cancel within 72 hours of purchase. Subscriptions (Ophir Host, Ophir Pro) can be canceled any time from your Billing page — cancellation takes effect immediately.
What happens after my plan's post-event access window ends?+
Your event becomes read-only — nothing is deleted, but it can no longer be edited from the dashboard. We recommend exporting your data before the deadline shown on your event. Need something after that? Reach out from the Support page.
Are guest photos, videos, and messages private?+
Yes. Guest media is only visible to you and any co-hosts you've added — it's never made public. Guests choose to share it voluntarily through their own invite link.
How do I get help?+
Message us any time from the Support page in your dashboard — we reply by email and right there in the app.
